    To start working with the system for managing shipments and orders, you need:

To ensure that the packages will not lost and will not sent for a refund when specifying incorrect data upon delivery to the warehouse, it is necessary to carefully fill in the address in the store order. All instructions can be found on the page with the address of each separate warehouse.
    In case of non-observance of the accuracy of the given data in the address, the company does not bear responsibility for the delivery of the parcels by courier services to erroneous addresses and does not search them.


    2. To access the SMART Connect system you need to be registered on the SMART Forwarding site


    3. After your goods arrive at the warehouse, you will receive a notification


    4. After assembling the package according to your instructions, will be issued a shipping bill.

  • Definire

    For convenient work with the system for managing orders and parcels,there is given a list of definitions.
    The client is an independent individual who has reached the age of 18, who has the right and the ability to make purchases through payment means.


    Operator of warehouse is a employee of the SMART Forwarding company, authorized to follow the Client's instructions in the SMART Connect system on behalf of the company, as well as to pay for goods and services.


    Order is the process of making a purchase on the Internet store by the Customer by himself. It mean that the Customer independently finds the product of interest, buys via electronic payment systems, (eg a credit or debit card, instant transfer systems such as PayPal, LiqPay, etc.), sends to an arbitrary address.


    Redemption is the process of making a purchase in an online store by the warehouse operator, but on instructions from the Customer. It mean that the Customer determines what it is necessary to buy (and sometimes specifies where exactly in which store), but the function of payment, sending of goods to the warehouse address is entrusted on the operator of warehouse. In some cases, the purchase process is paid separately in the form of agency fees, the so-called, Commission.


    Parcel is a physical box of 3 or 5 layers of cardboard that ensures the safety of orders and redemption.


    Commission is a monetary value that expressed in percentages or at a fixed rate for the service rendered.


    Consolidation is the process of consolidating orders and purchases into one or more boxes by the Client or the Operator to optimize (reduce) the cost of delivery from the warehouse to the Customer's address.

    Login is a unique "pass" to the SMART Connect system in the form of your e-mail address (e-mail), through which you enter the site and which is indicated at registration.


    It is recommended to use the e-mail address used for registration in your payment systems. This is explained by the security condition, in which the system must be sure that the balance is replenished by the owner of the electronic purse.


    Password is a code word (a set of letters, numbers and signs), known only to you and which is necessary to enter the site.


    The password must be at least 8 characters long and can contain Latin letters, numbers and special characters (.! # $% ^ & * () _- +). The register of letters in the password is important.


    It is recommended not to tell your password to unauthorized persons. The password must be known only to the account holder. This ensures the safety of your profile.

    • create your password
    • read and click the check-box about compliance with all the rules

    After registration in the SMART Connect system, to the user's e-mail address will be send an automatic e-mail with a link to activate the profile.


    The primary activation of the profile gives the reduced functionality mode to the user. In this mode, the user is allowed to edit the data of Prsonal profile, as well as upload the necessary documents for personal identification.


    After a successful verification by the Administration of the site of the personal data of the user, within 24-48 hours, the profile is transferred to the full functionality mode, in which all actions for working with the system and the SMART Connect service are allowed.

  • Problemi con la registrazione

    Did not receive a confirmation email?

    First of all, you need to check the folder that contains email messages filtered as a spam.
    A mail filter can redirect this message there. Next, make sure that you have entered the correct e-mail address without errors. After that you can try to send the letter again. As a last resort, you can specify an alternate email address, which you can to replace later.


    It is recommended for reliability to specify in the Personal profile not only an e-mail address, but also a mobile phone number, where you can be contacted if necessary.


    The email address is not avariabel - the verification code is invalid

    If the system displays a message that the confirmation code is invalid, means that the validity period for confirming the email address has been expired. In this case, you should re-request the email with a confirmation link

    Creating multiple profiles in the system is prohibited.


    If you try to create an additional profile, the main profile can be locked for security reasons.

    To inform users of SMART Connect about changes in the status of orders and packages, news of the site and all kinds of promotions in online stores and auctions, has been developed a system of notifications and mailings by an e-mail and SMS messages.


    To change the settings of notification and mailing, you must:

    • go to "My profile"
    • click the tab "Settings" on the right side of your profile
    • select the events about that you want to receive notifications and mailings to an email address and / or to a mobile phone number


    To receive relevant notifications, you must have an email address and mobile phone number in your profile.

  • Profilo è stato sospeso

    Blocking is a temporary or permanent restriction of access to a profile.


    Profiles can be blocked for two reasons:

    • prevent or restrict access to the profile of crackers. In this case, the profile on the site will be blocked until its true owner regains the profile on its own or with the help of a support service.
    • because of violation of site rules. In this case, the profile can be restored only by negotiating with the Service Administration.
